Megan Hanlon moved to Gardner, Colorado in 2016, and is excited about returning to Gardner Elementary 5th/6th grade. She grew up in Ft. Lupton, CO and moved to Brighton, CO while she attended the University of Northern Colorado to get her teaching degree. She worked in retail while attending college and taking care of her son. She student taught 1st grade in Ft. Lupton then became a special education para for a year before getting a teaching job in Northglenn. She taught 4th grade there for 3 years before moving to Gardner. Her son, Levi, is now is all grown up and on his own building houses.
Megan enjoys outdoor activities and yoga! She water skis, snowboards, walks and is always trying something new. In her spare time, she scrapbooks, reads, and is always helping others. When she was younger she was into archery and went hunting with her dad. She was always camping and fishing. She loves a good challenge and to achieve her goals!!
