Our school district is working to create a Graduate Profile that will specify the cognitive, personal, and interpersonal competencies that students should have when they graduate. We will use this to help create multiple pathways that students can participate in through high school that will provide them with technical skills or certifications beyond a high school diploma. We hope to gather information from many different demographics to help guide us in identifying the skills that are most valued within our community.

Had a Loss of Pressure
BOIL YOUR WATER BEFORE USING
We had a line break on February 1, 2023 at approximately 2:30 pm which resulted in a significant loss of pressure in the drinking water system north of the railroad tracks.
Water was restored by 4:30 however water main breaks resulting in a loss of system pressure can introduce disease-causing organisms into the water system.
For additional information please refer to the City of Walsenburg website.
We anticipate resolving the problem by No later than Tuesday, February 7, 2023. For more information, please contact Gaye Davis at or 719-738-1048, or 525 S Albert Walsenburg, CO 81089.
