It is the Board’s intent to ensure that the educational programs of the district function without interruption. For this reason, the Board shall seek to ensure that contracts which are in force with the district are fulfilled. As much or as little legal recourse will be entered into as is necessary for the Board to fulfill its obligations and responsibilities to citizens of the district.
Any employee whose conduct is disruptive to the educational programs of the district and/or who violates the provisions of his or her contract with the district shall be subject to legal resources available to the Board of Education.
It is the responsibility of every administrator to ensure that the Board’s obligations and responsibilities are fulfilled as the Board directs.
In the event of any disruptive actions by staff groups, emergency personnel regulation shall go into effect.
